Author Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration (IEEE/CS Member or Non-Member) by 30 September 2026.
- Each full registration covers up to two (2) papers.
- For authors with more than two papers, a fee of [USD 280 / KRW] applies for each additional paper, with a maximum of two additional papers allowed per registration.
Page Limit and Extra Page Charges
- Each accepted paper has a page limit of 6 pages.
- Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed, at a cost of [USD 50 / KRW] per page.
- A paper cannot exceed 8 pages in total, including the additional pages.
Important Notes
- During registration, you will be required to provide your Paper ID.
- To be included in the conference proceedings, authors must:
- Complete full registration payment,
- Upload the final PDF of the paper, and
- Submit the eCopyright form.
- Papers that do not meet these requirements will not be included in the official proceedings.
Banquet
Student and No Paper registrations do not include access to the conference banquet.
Methods of Payment:
- Registration fees must be paid in KRW by one of the following methods:
- Credit or Debit Card (Preferred Option)
- For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System.

FRAUD WARNING:
Conference staff will NOT call to ask you to pay via phone for registration/lodging/air ticket, etc. Please disregard any calls or emails requesting payment. If you received any suspicious emails or phone calls/calls from a non-official contact, please write to let us know.
Cancellation Policy
- If a registrant requests cancellation and a refund, the following refund policy applies.
- Before 30 September 2026: 60% of the payment refunded
- 1 October to 31 October: 40% of the payment refunded
- After 31 October 2026: no refund
- All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretary kiev@kiev.or.kr
- If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the conference committee encourages you to send a substitute in their place, someone who is a co-author or from the same institute or organization.
Force Majeure and Conference Policy
- The conference organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure), and no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
- Events considered force majeure include (but are not limited to): natural disasters (e.g. fire, flood, earthquake, storm), war or threat of war, terrorist acts or threats, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, government actions such as travel restrictions, visa denials, quarantine regulations, or any similar events that could not be foreseen or avoided, even with due care.
- In the event of force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to change the date, location, or format of the conference (e.g. move to a virtual platform) or to cancel the event if necessary. All participants agree to comply with any updates to the conference arrangements and refund policy.
