Full paper submission

Authors of accepted digests must submit a final manuscript by September 15, 2026 through the ITEC AP 2026 Full Paper Submission System.

• Full papers must be prepared using the IEEE two-column conference paper format template.
• Papers are limited to 6 pages (including title, authors and affiliations, figures, and references).
• Up to 2 additional pages are permitted, subject to an extra charge of USD 50 per page. The maximum length is therefore 8 pages total.
• The file size must not exceed 2 MB.
• Papers must be submitted in PDF format only. No other formats will be accepted.

• Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
• All papers must pass the IEEE Xplore PDF compliance check. Files that fail this check cannot be published.

• To make your paper IEEE Xplore-compliant, please use IEEE PDF eXpress.
• Login at PDF eXpress with the conference ID 00000x.
• If you do not have an account, you will need to create one.

• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration (at the IEEE/CS Member or Non-Member rate).
• Papers without a full author registration will not be included in the proceedings or submitted to IEEE Xplore.
